Terms of Service
By using SD+ Hub you agree to these terms between you and TJY VENTURES 202603225664 (AS0520623-A).
1. The service
SD+ Hub is a multi-tenant SaaS for sports academies to manage players, coaches, parents, training, matches, fees, and related operations across multiple sports.

2. Accounts & academies
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- Academy admins are responsible for users, players, and content under their academy.
- We may approve, suspend, or terminate academies that violate these terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
3. Subscriptions & fees
- Academies subscribe to platform plans (e.g. Starter, Standard, Pro) billed monthly or yearly.
- New academies get a 30-day trial after approval. After the trial and a short grace period, access locks until you subscribe.
- Hub plan payments are final: no refund or cancellation is allowed after payment is confirmed.
- Launch offer: apply code YEARLY26 at Hub checkout for 20% off the listed yearly plan. One use per academy. Monthly billing is excluded. We may end this offer at any time.
- Parents may pay academy fees through the platform; a small SD+ Hub fee and payment fee may apply.
- Online academy fees collected by Hub are paid to the academy after the academy’s invoice due day, within 14 days. Cash and bank transfers recorded by the academy are not included.
- Academy funds, SD+ Hub fees, and payment fees are accounted for separately.
- Prices may change with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt to access another academy’s data, upload unlawful content, or interfere with platform security.
5. Data & privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled. Academies remain responsible for obtaining any parental consent required for children’s data.
6. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance may occur.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SD+ Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or breach. Important financial records are retained for audit purposes even after subscription expiry.
