This policy covers academy administrators, coaches, parents/guardians, and players whose data is stored on the SD+ Hub platform.

2. Data we collect
- Account details (name, email, phone, role)
- Academy profile and branch information
- Player profiles, teams, attendance, and development records
- Invoices, payment status, and fee amounts (we do not store full card numbers or CVV)
- Technical logs (login time, IP address, device/user agent) for security and audit
3. How we use data
- To operate the multi-tenant academy management service
- To process fees and send payment/schedule notifications
- To enforce access control so each academy only sees its own data
- To improve reliability, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Payment gateways (to process transactions)
- Hosting and infrastructure providers under contract
- Authorities when required by law
Academy staff (admins/coaches) can access player and parent data for their own academy only.
5. Security
We use password hashing, role-based access, tenant isolation by academy_id, audit logs, and encrypted transport (HTTPS in production).
6. Retention
Financial and audit records are retained for reporting and compliance. Soft-deleted records may remain available to authorised users until permanently purged under our retention schedule.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Parents should contact their academy admin first; platform requests can be sent to support@sukandigital.com.
