How to use SD+ Hub as an academy admin, coach, or parent.
Get started (new academy)
- Register your academy. You get a 30-day trial after you verify your email.
- Sign in and enable sports, then add locations, coaches, teams, and players.
- Invite parents so they can view schedules and pay fees.
- When the trial ends, choose a Hub plan in Subscription.
Academy admin
You run the academy: people, training, fees, and the Hub trial.
- After you verify email, enable sports in Sports.
- Fill Profile and add Locations.
- Set Age groups, then add Coaches, Players, and Parents (invite by email).
- Create Teams and schedule Training.
- Add fee plans and send Invoices. Parents pay online with FPX or card; you can record cash or bank transfer.
- Share your public academy page so parents can book a trial (Trials).
- When the 30-day trial ends, choose Starter, Standard, or Pro in Subscription and pay.
Coach
Your academy admin invites you. Open the email, set a password, then sign in.
- Check My Teams and Players assigned to you.
- Open Training and mark Attendance after each session.
- Log Matches and Tournaments if your academy plan includes them.
- Add development notes in Development when that tool is on the plan.
- Keep My digital ID up to date.
- View pay records in My pay. The academy admin logs payments — you do not pay Hub from here.
Parent
Your academy invites you, or you book a trial on the public academy page. Open the email, set a password, then sign in.
- See linked children in My Children and keep their details current.
- Check Schedule for training and matches.
- Review Attendance. Tell the academy if a child cannot attend.
- Pay fees in Invoices / Payments with FPX or card. Cash and bank transfer are recorded by the academy.
- Read Announcements from the academy.
- View player development notes in Development if the academy plan includes them.
Payments
There are two kinds of money in Hub. Do not mix them.
Parent fees (training / academy invoices)
Parents pay invoices in Hub with FPX, DuitNow QR, e-wallet, or card. Online checkout currently shows a split like this:
- Academy fee (e.g. RM100) — goes to the academy
- SD+ Hub fee (e.g. RM2.00) — SD+ Hub keep
- Chip gateway fee (incl. 8% SST) — Chip’s processing cost for the method the parent picks (FPX B2C is RM 1.08)

The academy can also record cash or bank transfer. Those stay with the academy; no Chip gateway fee.
Academy payouts (SD+ to the academy)
Online parent fees (the academy share) are paid out once a month, within 14 days after month end — for example August fees by 14 September. Cash or bank transfer recorded by the academy is not in that payout. Hub plan payments are what the academy pays SD+, not this payout.
Hub plan (what the academy pays SD+)
After the trial, the academy pays Starter / Standard / Pro in Subscription. That checkout is the listed plan price only (monthly or yearly). It is not a parent invoice, and parent fees are not added into Hub plan totals.
